Carcinoma like

Ummm...I wrote this some time ago...I was kinda feeling blue today and thought I would share what consideration of a bleak state of mind might entail...


Carcinoma like


The light is going out behind my eyes
Where there was glare a flicker occupies
That cast more shadow in aspersions way
Insistence own amorphous dark display

Such glowing brilliance once used to reside
A testament to all the good inside
Yet carcinoma like this dark despair
Corrupts the light and leaves it's shadow there




Not a touchy feely kind of tirade...this one is like being whipped with a bramble flail...
Hmmm...bramble flail...I like that...I think I'm going to use that in another episode of..."the mind of YouSir"...
Funny...how I get to invite you all into my little corner of the cosmos...
