I practice sthg called remote/automatic writing & thought i share a bit, for discussion purposes:

God

My definition, based on experience and thinking is, god is the universal force, time and part of all things.

Gaia

Our Earth as a conscience being. The collective, we & all life forms.

Satan

The deceiver, teacher & manipulator.

I like gnostic teachings, where it is about the unification of the male (god) & the female (Gaia) forces.
It is all just symbolic, there is no good or bad. That's why i feel comfortable to remind you, satanism is about freeing yourself. Without Satan there would be no evolution and we wouldn't have gotten so far in sciences, like medicine, technology, etc.
Every fraction has it's own agents.
God has the spiritual truth-seekers, philosophers and the kind people, feeling part of the One.
Gaia had Terence McKenna, enviromentalists, PETA members, etc.
Satan has spirits, other dimensional beings, aliens, however you want to call it.

The goal is to teach us, help us grow into the role we are ment to fullfill: becoming gardeners of the universe

I like a lot what you just said.

I'm my own satan quite a bit haha.. My own enemy. So I fight myself. And I grow..

what's that word....

Evolution.

I'm not holding any grudges.

I'm definitely a gardener of the universe!

For some reason I like the way your brain works. Your avatar is class, too!

A zap of magic respect from my magic wand in your direction!

Isn't Gaia a Goddess? Mother and co-creator of all mortals?

And why you would call a savior who helps mankind with evolution and science deceiver ?
and why you believe his ''agents'' are outer beings? Aren't humans capable of critical thinking and progress by themselves?

Gaia is a greek goddess, Terra in Roman mythology and her abode is earth.
It's all symbolic and i used deceiver, because it's common. I don't think humans are in capable of critical thinking, but all the demons, spirit and stuff like that are part of the Satan lore.
I wouldn't call Satan saviour.

Exactly and the fight is not with one's self(or the satan of the op),
but between reason and petrified, static views,
Everything flows, and if you want to catch up with reality(truth) you'd better not remain static.

I was just wondering if the Goddess has equal properties with god,
and if Satan is the medium of God to teach humans,
just so I can understand your meaning.
By calling him a deceiver, you borrow a certain known view, that contradicts his positive properties ,you described in op

Interesting view by the way... but you release humans from responsibility if they are just subjects to the guidance of ''demons''

Indeed, I concur..Except I interpret the characters a bit differently though if you'll indulge me.

God The masculine paternal protector;

Represents a weak, controlling parent ego state.
Can take control in many circumstances when feeling,
- Insecure
- Anxious/Fear
- Lust or Love
- or reacting Impulsively

Gaia the feminine maternal nurturer;

Represents a strong, nurturing parent ego state.
Can take control in many circumstances when feeling,
- Comfort
- Intuitive/Empathy
- Love or Lust
- Tendency for compulsive actions

Satan the gender fluid or gender neutral,anti-authoritarian;

Represents the conflicting, individualistic child ego state
Can take control in many circumstances when feeling,
- Liberated
- Intuitive/ Critical introspection
- Hedonistic
- Do what thou wilt

Just my two cents.

Cool thread though

Okay, you found a flaw. You're right i did.
But i am a huge fan of responsibility for your own actions. Had a lot of arguments with the "all is one" people, because of that. Thanks for the opportunity to improve

I'd like to add: i see them as equally strong forces. And a part of us humans.

That is the beauty of symbols, you can interpret them from what ever standing point you currently have.
I was keeping it short for exactly what you did, more cents in the bowl.

I would say Satan represents both the liberator and/or the manipulator in terms of ego states. For example he can be the liberator when you get that feeling of closure or enlightenment to new knowledge.

He can be perceived as the manipulator when you misinterpret new or past information incorrectly, this ends up distorting your reality and leading one to deceive one self.

It's all very subjective but I very much enjoy openly interpretive symbols.

That's a good point, as in: you find what you seek.
But for most people it has strictly negative properties. Which shouldn't be, because after all it is just a very basic archetype, for liberation from pressed on beliefs.
The real danger is always the own bias. I don't believe in demons and never encountered any. Others say they do, which proves that all these "entities" play on with what you started. That's why i included aliens, that's my bias.
