we're leading in a weird statistic world wide. its really disheartening.

You have been conditioned by the media that wants you to believe this is weird.

Mass murder happens worldwide, just under reported. Countries are doing it to each other whole sale but thats excusable because its called war. Google Yemen, Syria and the latest bombing of a hospital in Afghanistan.

oh well god bless their cute little hearts then, it was just smack talk.

Talk is just that, not action. Stop blaming people for stuff they haven't done.

No they don't. The ones that do are rare. Ad they can't be found out beforehand. If they could, they would have been.

We are making monsters on purpose. Sure, most (99.99999%) kids don't become mass murderers behind it. Investigating what small percentage that do beforehand would be impossible.

Then don't be shocked, concerned or upset when it does. It's a good reason to not blame the intelligence community for not being more concerned before 9-11.

Calif is strange.
you can be a known gang member with gang tattoos and as long as you have no felonies you can walk in and buy a gun.

Now you can be a illegal in the US and in calif you can get a calif drivers license or state id card and walk in a buy a gun.

Yet calif has very strict gun laws with no gun show loopholes and NO legal tranfurs without going through a dealer.

But criminals and mass shooters like the Oregon shooter still bought his guns in calif.
