An outside investigative firm hired by UC to look into the fatal shooting of Sam Dubose has found the shooting not justifiable.

“Tensing’s initial tactics, demeanor, and approach in addressing DuBose were appropriate.”

“Rather than de-escalating the encounter and allowing DuBose to drive away and subsequently calling in a request for assistance, Tensing escalated the situation by improperly reaching into the car in an attempt to restrain DuBose.”

"TENSING WAS NOT DRAGGED"

“As outlined in our findings of fact, there is no evidence that Officer Tensing was dragged by the Honda Accord or that his arm got caught in the ‘steering wheel’ or anywhere else inside the car…”

The report also seemed to clear the other two officers of intentionally lying, saying that though initial statements made immediately following the shooting were of dubious honesty, both officers answered all questions truthfully during official statements.

Screw Sam Dubose. The dude was arrested over 60 times in his life and when he died he had 2 pounds of marijuana in his car.
His death was of his own doing. Some people never learn.

It seems two different investigative bodies disagree that "his death was of his own doing."

Well, if you're gonna take that approach, then why not throw some mud Tensings way as well?

Or maybe you're just one more Tool that never made it through the Academy..?

Doesn't your avatar believe in genocide?
In fact he has been responsible for obliterating several billion lives.
His girlfriend is also Death - maybe you should be ashamed of yourself.
(I tease)..

Really though - maybe the guy deserved it - being a career criminal does have it's merits
but it also has it's consequences - in this case being killed by murdering corrupted
animals with badges.

What is the number of arrest that we should just start killing people at?

He's also fictional
and if anybody deserves it, Thanos does, the evil little so and so.

Yeah he was arrested 60+ times and had 2lbs of marijuana in the car, a plant. Just over zealous cops again.

How many times does someone need to be deported before we just let them stay?

I totally agree.
Animal filthy corrupted cops decided to murder him.
Simple as that - dead criminals can't defend themselves.

It is a damn good thing you're not a cop. They are there to uphold the law, not be judge, jury and executioner. The guy did nothing to deserve being shot At That Time, it was an over zealous cop [ much like you would be ] who thought he could play Judge Dredd and get away with it. Looks like he was wrong and hopefully will pay for it.
