UK to get the new Star Wars film a day before everyone else :D.(apart from the French)

Ha Ha Ha eat it everyone else .(apart from the French they get it a day before).
How many times do we in the UK suffer from getting a film on a week after places like the USA? most of the time but now we get to see the new Star Wars film a day before you all.
So in 100 days expect to see spoilers on ATS from us Brits .

I agree we are all a bit more on the Dark side of the force here in the UK...it's our accents .

Let me predict what will happen
there will be a battle on a planet
there will be a princess to save
someone will lose a hand
a "good guy" will be killed ( probably someone with superior force powers)
someone will be turned to the dark side
there will be a background love story

Another rerun....Cant wait to see it...

Same thing with video games, unless it's F1 us brits get everything last, on topic, the new Star Wars film does look good I must admit, I don't want chewy to die

The bad guys just wouldn't come off as menacing if they had Southern Texas or Coonass drawls.

Too right mate. For too long have we been the forgotten ones and gotten films a few months after release. Although to be honest, this doesnt happen much anymore

I strongly recommend you watch the 3 hour long making of star wars...absolutely fascinating. The guy is r2d2 said " I just used to grab whatever I could, I couldn't spin the head all the way round cos the wire would choke me" lol

"They used to forget me during the breaks, thinking I was just a robot". So many funny things in it.

Most of star wars is filmed in the UK so I don't know if it's a stipulation in the contract when using our studios.

We get all the movies last now. Studios know if Americans tear a movie apart it has no hope in the rest of the world.

We are the center of pop culture and entertainment.

Oh good now I can let you Brits be my litmus test for if this movie is going to be good or not. I refuse to let another Phantom Menace happen to me no matter HOW good the trailers may look.

This is probably the only film I'm excited to see this year, can't wait. Somebody told me the fights are being choreographed by the team that did The Raid so it should be incredible for that alone. Can't help thinking it may actually be better than anything Lucas ever did.
