You do realize that, just like Israel's "Samson Option", if the USA goes down from whatever reason, the rest of the world will as well right? Not a very good warning you are giving. If war comes to the USA, the USA will bring war to the entire world, no where will be safe. Nukes and all ya know.

I've seen the calls for this before. Let's just say the worst does happen. Martial law, economy collapses, natural disasters, round ups, mass killing and thinning of the population at the hands of the government and roving gangs. Escape is the answer.

Then again maybe it's not. Maybe the people who could stay and fight need to, for the people that have to stay but can't fight. But if the end of the world scenario did hit, all I'm going to say is when it's over whoever is left , along with fighting off the scumbags, bettter have also gotten rid of the politicians and bankers. And start fresh.

In the mean time, until that say hits, if it ever does. Enjoy life, drink a beer, relax.

in other words, something like 10 million people were starved to death in their own homes in the ukraine and the whole thing was blacked out in the media. i'm guessing your first option would be more survivable than your second, as prayer of that significance requires great faith. exercising a bit of wisdom seems the most likely route although probably a temporary fix.

There is nowhere to go, and if you are faithful in your walk and listening, you know that. When it comes, it comes for the world, not just here or there. It is for us to therefore trust in Him. This world is fleeting and eternity if forever.

The problem with the world isn't an -ism or anything else. The problem with the world is men and our inability to live as we should. All the systems in the world cannot purge or fundamental inability to live as we should, so you can label them however you want to try to blame them, but in the end, the fault is ours and lies in us.

To humble yourself and accept this, internalize it, is the first step toward your walk. The faithful person understands this.

Given that the reactor meltdowns in Japan are an extinction-level event (ELE), it does not matter if I move to some other country or stay here in 'Merica. You pays your nickel, and die anyway. Next stop, a better place.

No, these days the rainbow means something else.

But actually the rainbow is a sign that God will never again destroy the world by flood. He never said he wouldn't do it by other means. And if you study, the next time it comes around, He is supposed to use fire although He doesn't go all the way with it then, either.

Why destroy it? Why not fix it? Why not give us "new" stone tablets with information on how to generate clean, safe energy which would allow technologies to shelter, protect and feed the world? Or medical knowledge to cure our illnesses?

Why instead, is everything with your God always doom and gloom and punishment? Rather than help, your God points out our failings and seemingly mocks us as we fall rather than pick us up and educate us.
