Hello im looking for the name of a old book from asian background about meditation similar to the tao te ching. i think it is written sometime 400bc or something. they have a website for it but i forgot the name of it because i olny heard of it once and it was asian or chinese and i forgot what it was called. someone once posted a link to it in this forum once but i forgot what post it was on. its a philosophy book on meditation and talks about life in general and fabrics of conciousness and reality. i think the main theme of the book is suppose to be meditation and its like a very detailed handbook of explaining different concepts of love and life and stuff. if i only knew the name of the philosophy i could type in in on google and go to the website where they have all of the books avialable in pdf online. does anyone have any idea of what i might be talking about? thanks

Or The Book of Dzyan. In 400 BC, the book became Chinese C'han Philosophy and the Japanese Zen.
