Too bad there isn't some way to figure out their signal prior to and detonate in the making and kill the maker. That or something dropped on the ground that can disrupt the frequency for detonating the device.

Actually there is,but it would cost too much money to use for them. Its a cell phone jammer.Make the citys cell phone free zones.
