Looks like an ideal game for the Oculus Rift, or any of the other headsets on the way.

Afraid so , although I wouldn't rule it out for Xbone at some point.

I hope they do, it looks fun.

Hard to imagine a pc version but not xb1 version.

Makes me think of my epic run through corsair space on while exploring new trade routes in a humpback with a 1/3 of my usual load of nano- repair/shield bots. I made it in to the home planet all the while getting pounded by corsair war ships and attempted to crash through the gate and upon realizing it was not happening bolted around the atomosphere of the planet and discovered the hidden worm hole on accident and then got chased back out the gate to saftey only to get blasted by the guard ships on the other side with 1 repair nano and 1 shield to spare. Yes it was incredibru piloting if I do say so myself but this game is everything freelancer was not with the sheer scope and interactivity.
