..and the owner of the cottage has taken corroborating photos (and even a video) that show conclusively that it is a reflection of one of the lamps.

Hard to consider this anything other than BS once the owner proves the debunking was correct the whole time.

Hopefully this helps people from complaining about not seeing the updated info.

and I would even go so far as to suggest that the people who made the claim knew full well that that was the case.

Not sure if they did it on purpose, but the more info that comes out sure seems to steer it in that direction.
