The OP seem's to rely heavily on numerology. Here is my opinion on numerology.
1+1 = potato.

Let's see...
"1" when spelled out as "One" begins with "O"; 1 letter after "O" in the alphabet is the letter "P"
...so we have a "P".
"One" begins with "O"
...so we have an "O"
The Latin word for "One" is "Unum".
"Unum" begins with "U". 1 letter in the alphabet before "U" is the letter "T"
...So we have a "T"
"One" could be considered the 1st number. The 1st letter in the alphabet is "A"
...So we have an "A".
And all of that is only from the first "1" in the mathematical expression "1 + 1". There is a second 1 to consider.
Just like in the first "1", The second "1" when spelled out in Latin as "unum" also starts with "U".
Just like in the first "1", 1 letter in the alphabet before "U" is the letter "T".
...So we have a "T"
Just like the first "1", the second "1" when spelled out begins with "O"
...so we have an "O"
So when you put it all together, 1 + 1 apparently DOES = "Potato".

In English, "1" or "One" is pronounced "won".
The present tense of the word "won" is "Win"
There are two 1s in the mathematical expression 1 + 1.
The Latin word for two is "Duo".
Therefore, "win" and "duo", or win-duo, or "window"
So when you put it all together, 1 + 1 apparently DOES = "Window".
