The live page has been stuck like this for an hour, for me. I have logged out twice and my smart phone is displaying same.

Currently it is GMT 1005hrs.

Is it me? any assistance would be appreciated. Prior to ATS I thought cookies were things you ate so please type slowly with any instructions.



ETA - now 1025hrs, live page still displaying as above but NEW topics as below...........
