A manhole cover !
The manhole cover was shot 200ft in the air in an explosion caused by an underground electrical fire , missing a firefight on it's descent by a matter of feet in Buffalo, New York .... lucky guy.


You'll believe a Man...hole cover can fly

Here is an idea, pressure release valves.

That is some free advice, let's see how long it takes for local governments to catch on to this new technology.

An electrical fire might have started the event, but it looks like it ignited the methane in the sewer.
