A call from the Dark (my poem)

I heard a call from the dark

A light appears in the far

One step in front of the other

Moving towards the sound of the unknown

Closer I get, the bigger the light becomes

Figures and faces, become blurry in my vision

Who are these beings, will I relate?

A feeling unfamiliar, envelopes my being

Hands of light reach out for mine

Curiosity grips the mind, the feeling takes over

My hands automatically reach back out

The voices tell me it will be ok

The feeling cannot deny this truth

I close my eyes, and reach out to the unknown

Surroundings change, and light expands brighter

The sensation of being lifted, spiraling upwards

What is happening?

The feelings take over my being

Resistance forfeits itself

Trust in these hands conquers fear and the unknown

My hands, my legs, my chest, turn to blinding light

I radiate as a star in the cosmos

Bursting with radiant brilliance

I feel Nirvana

My eyes are filled with beams of light

Beings unfamiliar surround, joining hands

The faceless, made of light, the unknowns

Forming a circle, so vast, hands connected

In the center of us, is the universal creation

Never have I felt more alive

A call from the darkness

Strange, that I take a break writing a (possible) thread on how schizophrenia ain't what it used to be now that we have insights from a certain type of neuroactivator drugs can that provide intimate knowledge, understanding and acceptance of a far broader reality then what the average human will ever witness and would never, never accept as being in existence.

Very good!! I would suggest posting this over in the Short Story section too.

Sounds like a fleeting glimpse into who we really are.. The beginning of our true potential as a species.

Maybe the nodes can start to light up across the board.
