Very cool Video footage here CNET
The footage was taken using the Nightpod camera stand "The Nightpod is a special camera stand mounted in the cupola of the ISS that tracks a specific point on Earth as it zooms around the planet at 28,800 km/h (about 17,895 mph), according to the space agency."
The beautiful splendor of nature NEVER ceases to amaze me.

I read that as "Video shows lightning strikes from ISIS" I was like "Holy mother of caliphate!

I read the same thing also. I had to see those pictures of lightning coming from or striking the ISS.

Still, the title now reads:

"Video shows lightning strikes from the International Space Station."

Which could be interpreted as the International Space Station sending lightning bolts down towards us helpless earthlings!
