yea, we had a lecture from one of our docs who did a tour there. Some good will come from all of this. Trauma doctors world wide will be able to utilize the hard earned knowledge in civilian trauma applications. He claimed that overall the system in place works quite well, and it was rare for a soilder to die if he made it to the preliminary aid stage. Alot of the KIA were dead from thier immediate wounds not because of treatment delays and the like.
