Iraq paying 50,000 ghost soldiers

Well no wonder iraq is having trouble maintaining order within its borders. They are apparently paying 50k soldiers that don't exist. Good to know that the US military is not the only army that wastes money.
$380 million a year at least and that's a low side estimate. A member of the Parliament says it could be triple that number.

Someone has to figure out a way to waste all that money, I think this will come down to certain people in the Iraq Government and probably the US governmnet looking for ways to make it look like this money was spent on soldiers that dont even exist. Something tells me this information was not supposed to be found out by the public, oops

And where does Iraq get the money to pay those ghost soldiers? My bet is that it is foreign aid from you know who.

Anyone who has seen The Return of the King knows that a ghost army is the most effective, so i say money well spent.
