Hey how ya all doing,

i have a question to ask, do any of yous suffer from palpetations? i have suffered from this for about 3 or 4 years (im 19) now and it can be quite difficult to deal with.

I mainly suffer from this when playing football (soccer) and it can be quite painful as well. I have been to the doctors and have had blood tests ECGs and had to wear a tape recorder for my heart rate, What i have to do is make sure i eat loads before sport so i dont get them but as you can guess that doesnt help me play well,

i am just wondering if anybody else knows any extra information on these or how to prevent this happening.
