Recurring empty stars

Skeptic can you please find the time someday to fix the template of the dam stars as it is almost impossible for most of us to remember if we have already give a star to a post. If this would take too much time thats ok but It would be nice.

I read once a mod said it was an experiment to see how many times a member would click the empty star before realizing it does nothing after it gives the star the first time, or was something related to gives some members something to entertain themselves as one of those buttons that gives rats some food and they keep clicking until they are too fat and die.

I don't remember now, back to clicking the grays I have to fill them yay!!!
