Out of the Box tutorial for installing teamspeak3, which you will use (instead of Skype) for "calling in" to the show:

Goto: www.teamspeak3.com...

Or: www.teamspeak.com...

Get the Client for your operating system, there's one for Windows, Mac and Linux. It's completely free.

Install.

When you run it for the first time, you'll have a brief setup wizard. First is your nickname. Please use your ATS Username.

Next is your microphone. Click the "Push to Talk" bullet, then click the "no hotkey assigned" box. At this point, push your left CTRL key. (Note: For advanced users, you CAN use other keys such as "ALT" or "F1", but experiment at your own risk!) The left CTRL key is now what you use to talk.

No worrying about muting your mic, as there will be a dot next to your name that will light up when your mic is "hot". Release the key, and you are on mute.

Click Next. Here you can test your setup. Click the Begin Test button, and adjust levels accordingly as you see fit. Speak in a normal voice, comfortably. Next.

Click past the speaker mute, just hit Next.

Pick a sound pack. Simply use default, which is female. Next.

Unclick the Open public server list, and the Rent your own server, then finish.

You'll have a Team Speak 3 window open.

Click connections, then connect, and it'll ask you for a Server Address, (your nickname will already be there,) and a password.

The default is voice.teamspeak.com, but you'll want to delete that field and enter 192.198.106.193. The password is 00tb. (zero zero t b)

Type in the server address and server password, then click "connect".

Once connected, you'll be taken directly to a channel called "Waiting Area". It'll show your Username, with a dot beside it, and when you push the left CTRL key (configured above) you'll see it light up blue, and you can talk to the others in the channel. Release the key when you are finished speaking.

Once logged into the channel, it'll show who else is in there. At the bottom of the window is a chat bar, use it to ask for help if you are having trouble with talking/configuration. The first time you try to type, it'll throw up a warning, just hit YES and don't panic. All settings are saved once you close the client, so once they are correct, you can re-join without worries.

You will see another channel called "ON THE AIR". This is the channel in which everything said is broadcast Live, so your audio, background noise, etc, will all be checked in the "Waiting Area" before you are brought onto the show. You'll be given access by an Out of the Box host, and be able to join the show, LIVE.

This is a server based alternative to Skype, and it only requires a 5kbps stream per client, so feel free to "call in" to the show!

Additional Notes:

Out of the Box reserves the right to boot any user at any time for whatever reason. In cases of extreme misbehaviour, you'll receive a temporary ban before joining again, 5 minutes for the first offense. Continued misconduct will result in your username being blocked from the server.

ATS Terms & Conditions will be used as guidelines on the show. We ask that you adhere to them as closely as possible. Out of the Box realizes that you are fellow members talking and giving your opinion, so censorship is not something that we will employ, and we welcome all opinions no matter how diverse, but flagrant violations will not be tolerated. Please respect our desire to produce viable content for ATS Live Radio.

This is a test of a different setup, so please be patient while we work out the bugs. This tutorial will be updated as needed, with your input. Thank You!

Is "Show Time" going to be this early (7 pm EST, 6 pm CST) going forward?
Glad I looked at the time-schedule, or I would surely have missed this one.
On the other hand - Glad You're Back.

Wish I didn't have this cold so I would have been able to take part in the show, the topics look great. I ended up missing the show last night so I'll have to listen to it later.
