What is a soul? The Christians say you have a soul, spirit and body (a trinity), so if you sold your soul, which part of you is the conscious self that ends up going either to heaven or hell? What good is a soul anyway? Why would Satan want some disembodied spirit for all of eternity? It makes no sense to me. I'd think if someone had nothing tangible to offer him, Satan would want nothing whatsoever to do with them. This whole idea of selling your soul and having all your wildest fantasies just handed to you sounds awfully wishful to me.

I think Obama might be able to sell his soul, he might be useful to Satan, but then again Obama might have other services Satan wants that would allow him to keep his soul intact.

Mine is technically on loan to my girlfriend.
no conditions or strings attached other than she always returns my Love and devotion.

1 wouldn't sell my Soul/Spirit/Internal energy for the purchaser may have control over it for many if not infinite lifetimes. And during these lifetimes no matter how much 1 may try to regain balance over it the possibilities of that occurring may not be, due to a purchase made x amount of lifetimes ago...

If such a thing exists then it no longer belongs to me to be able to sell. My wife obtained it 20 years ago.

I wouldn't sell my soul for anything, ever. There are no material desires or wants here on earth that would sway me.
