I get what you're saying, and while I don't want to humiliate others into not posting or anything like that, I think it's necessary to point out when someone makes a judgement based on looks or other association as it's kind of a wrong thing to do and people need to think about that before making those assumptions.
Once, where I worked we had a boss named Adolfo. Imagine the comments he would get with that name. Some of them were funny, but it's one thing to be a bad person and another to be thought of as a bad person because you have this random connection. And yet, people do it.

can't we somehow get this disease sent to ISIS?....2 birds, one stone

Let's put it this way, she's an arrogant b*tch that thinks she's above the law as a result of her "credentials."
