Got maybe four wrong up until the last 10 countries, then it was quasi-guesswork ending up with 17 bad guesses. Not that it really matters to me which countries are where that far away. Seems either purely academic or really close to purely academic. I suppose federal-level politicians and all military personnel should be clued in. Oh, and world travelers.

People criticize Americans for not knowing geography. I say there is not much of a point unless you are going to drive or fly someplace. Until you need direcitons, you don't need to know.
