Al-Qaeda are Back , Announces India , Myanmar and Bangladesh Jihad

It looks like another front is being opened in the Islamic war with the west , Ayman al-Zawahir leader of Al-Qaeda is back and has released a 55 min video declaring the group are starting an Indian branch of the militant group to wage Jihad and spread Islamic rule across Indian Subcontinent.

But, in launching "Qaedat al-Jihad in the Indian sub-continent," Zawahiri may be attempting to recapture some of the limelight for his group and to exploit existing unrest in Kashmir and Myanmar. "It is an entity that was formed to promulgate the call of the reviving imam, Sheikh Osama bin Laden, may Allah have mercy upon him," Zawahiri said.

Zawahiri called on the "umma," or Muslim nation, to unite around "tawhid," or monotheism, "to wage jihad against its enemies, to liberate its land, to restore its sovereignty and to revive its caliphate."

He said the group would recognise the overarching leadership of the Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Muhammad Omar and be led day-to-day by senior Pakistani fighter Asim Umar.

Could Al-Qaeda do something good for a change. Like use their collected brain power to some meaningful ... such as finding a cure for cancer, or if not that, then fix a new well for some draught trapped villagers or fix a fench or anything good? Now they are just a hord of ape monkeys running and shooting around, and if not doing that, in the mean time they claim with a serious face, that all the previous is their religion.

The radicals will keep on until one day the less "Civilized Societies" will burn all the mosque and shoot anyone who shows up to protest or put out the fire. There will be a reckoning one day; of that I have no doubt.

Might be a good time for some of the hate filled Mosque (yep they are there) to start preaching something besides their own destruction. I for one doubt it will happen but it sure would save some lives on both sides...

They do have a fairly active chapter of radicals in Myanmar that has been killing and bombing in the south of Thailand and Myanmar for the last 40 years. They are now making the typical demands for a break away province or more killing will happen in the far South of Thailand.. A break away province and their form of religious laws will just give them a closer area from which to spring their attacks and preach their sick version of convert or die.

Zawahiri messages are usually indicative of an imminent attack, often within 2-3 days.

he's working on behalf IS, a distraction of sorts...they must do something before next week when the US Congress makes it lawful for the US Military to remove the IS from Iraq and Syria, with extreme prejudice.

Obama's and Valerie Jarrett's 'cautious' approach to this problem is not impressing anyone. Whether those guys out in Iraq are their friends or not...Obama's going to have to wipe them.

Hope the Military takes lots of video, its not very often in life that a person gets to be 100% certain that bombing the hell out of something is the right thing to do.

ISIS has stolen thier thunder and have mostly wiped them out in Syria and other places they find them. Ironic as for a time ISIS called itself AlQaeda in Iraq. Of course lots of people use the name and have nothing to do with the original AlQaeda. Lucky for us the radicals spend as much time fighting each other as they do others.

Queda & ISIS seem to be fighting the same cause, just one has become more violent than the other.

We can but hope both sides kill each-other off.

Things are bad enough with neighborhoods lighting people on fire and throwing chemicals on each other WITHOUT adding the AQ "fun" to the mix. Hindu on Muslim, and Muslim on Hindu violence in India is drastically underreported. But it's been going on for centuries. They barely united to kick out the British.

Far more serious, however, was the revived Ikhwan of Juhayman al-Otaybi, which culminated in the seizure of the Grand Mosque by some 400-500 armed men and women in 1979. Juhayman was from the influential Otaybi tribe from the Nejd, which had led and been a principal element in the original Ikhwan of the 1920s.

Juhayman and his followers, many of whom came from the Medina seminary, had the tacit support, amongst other clerics, of Sheikh Abdel-Aziz Bin Baz, the former Mufti of Saudi Arabia. This is the deep schism we see today in Saudi Arabia, between the modernizing current of which King Abdullah is a part, and the "Juhayman" orientation of which bin Laden, and the Saudi supporters of ISIS and the Saudi religious establishment are a part. It is also a schism that exists within the Saudi royal family itself.

According to the Saudi-owned Al-Hayat newspaper, in July 2014 "an opinion poll of Saudis [was] released on social networking sites, claiming that 92 percent of the target group believes that 'IS conforms to the values of Islam and Islamic law.'" The leading Saudi commentator, Jamal Khashoggi, recently warned of ISIS' Saudi supporters who "watch from the shadows."...

what is being explained is that radical ISIS is a direct product of Saudi Royal Monarchy getting too chummy with the West...

Hope the Military takes lots of video, its not very often in life that a person gets to be 100% certain that bombing the hell out of something is the right thing to do.

Im not pro ISIS or anything, but im getting sick of hearing this kind of hatefilled sentiment from people at a time when the last thing anyone in this world needs is the glorification of mass murder from the mouths of propoganda spewing psycopaths all over public discussion boards....

So what is your solution?
How do you reason with or come to a compromise with people whobury women and children alive, cut children in half for being the "wrong"religion,and behead journalists just for being American?

I am no fan of war-but in this case I am not sure there is another option-unless we are prepared to accept their barbaric caliphate.

Personally I believe that these "extremists" are for the most part opportunists whose agenda is enriching themselves and playing with what power they can muster over others......
I think they are acting out what their culture dictates.....like it or not....This Islam stuff smacks of a death worship cult....Their whole setup shrieks( mind control) of taking advantage of the ignorance of their own people.....and keeping them psychologically hostage to the religious leaders demands.....
This is what happens when church and state are not separated at the birth of a nation......
.......Incidentally our own system marries industry and government to produce our own brands of (mind control) social programming....
........The antithetic positions of both forms dictate that war will be inevitable until one eradicates or alters the other....

They wont get far in India. They have nothing to offer Indian Muslims. Why don't they go and help the Palestinians.

Nor in Myanmar I hope-those folks are mostly budhists,and there is no converting them.
But they fight back if threatened.
Plus there is a large Chinese presence in the country,who will take no sheet from AQ.

Like someone mentioned,this has the feel of a diversion/distraction to it.

AQ and ISIS are two hands of the same abomination-so while AQ are saying this,we should watch out for what the other hand is planning.

India has issued a security alert after the release of the video.

Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh met senior intelligence officials to discuss new security measures and to brief the prime minister. India's intelligence and security services are studying the Zawahiri announcement video, which experts said appeared to be a reaction to IS's growing dominance.

A senior government official told HT the oil-rich Kurdish region’s stable economy is also a major factor for India.

This is probably the reason ISIS and Al Quida are going on about India .
