Hasn't said a word and already being dissed. I weep for the future.

I you want him, please come take him.

It's not him I'm concerned about. It's the childishness of American society that's worrying me.

Is the President of the U.S.A ,,EVER ON TIME???

very few ATS members seem to be aware of that

Everyone who ever tried to watch a live feed of this guy is certainly aware. Pretty sure he's doing this to let the little people know there place.

His comments were okay...but maybe a little too late?

Emphasized rights of journalists more than the civil rights of the citizens of Ferguson.
And nothing of the disturbing optics out of Ferguson that reveal the shocking militarization of LEO in this country in opposition to it's citizens.

Childishness?

If I was as late showing up for appointments at work as he consistently is, I would be fired.

Now, like I said, Please come take him away. We will be forever indebted to you.

Nothing extraordinary, but not as horrible as I had expected. Being nearly an hour late doesn't help things, but that aside, he is just a puppet after all. Gotta get those strings attached properly.

The big question is - did this address accomplish anything? Do any of you feel you gleaned any new information? Anyone feeling more secure? Any heightened sense of awareness? A new appreciation for the events going on in Iraq and Ferguson?

Probably not.

At least the media has something to yap about for a few minutes.

See you in Ferguson tonight.

Nothing earth-shattering, in my humble opinion, nothing I disagree with.

(OMG! beez didn't criticize the president!)

You must have a fever. Definitely not normal behaviour. Please see a doc soon.
(I recommend a non-Obamacare-affliated doc, lest you be given a huge dose of Kool-Aid with the antiboitics)

Just a thought, but by Obama, allowing the "peaceful" protests to go on, and the black panthers are bringing people in from all over, the crowds are only going to get bigger, how long do you really think that everything will stay peaceful, it seems like that's exactly what they want, even easier for them to declare martial law.
