is that going to save you, or make you feel better?
is it a competition for the races? like "Jesus was black, so that makes black people better" or "Jesus was Jewish, so that makes Jewish people
better"
You concern yourselves with symbols and your interperatations of the symbols,
the only reason day is day is because the symbol of daylight happens to be in the sky, what if it was blackened?
try to understand "religeon" in direct relationship to EVERYTHING else in existance.

What color was Jesus? Some say he was a Jew and therefore just like any other modern Jew.
However, according to Aylmer von Fleischer, the author of "Retake Your Fame," Jesus Christ was an Essene, Blacks who were different from the White Jews of today. The Pharisees, Sadducees, Gentiles etc. were Whites. Whites Jews in Palestine emerged with the invasion of Alexander the Great.
These Jews later fled Palestine to Europe due to the brutal Roman invasions.
The Jews of today are mostly the Khazars, who later adopted Judaism. Anyone can easily research on the Khazars online. They are not the true Black Hebrews/Israelites/Jews.
We must also remember that Europeans were worshipping (and still worship) the Black Madonna and Child.

I'm not saying it isn't an interesting or significant topic, but seriously, this one in particular as just been beaten into the ground.
For what it's worth, I am confident that Jesus had a dark brown complexion, like pretty much everyone else in the area, but that he was semitic.

Just as no one will ever produce proof for the existence of God, the question of Jesus's colour may always be a matter for personal belief.
Was he white, white-ish, olive-skinned, swarthy, dark-skinned or black? There are people who believe he was any one of those shades, but there seem to be only two things about the debate that can be said with any degree of certainty.
First - if the past 2,000 years of Western art were the judge, Jesus would be white, handsome, probably with long hair and an ethereal glow.
Second - it can almost certainly be said that Jesus would not have been white. His hair was also probably cut short.

The term Semites is applied to a group of peoples closely related in language, whose habitat is Asia and partly Africa. The expression is derived from the Biblical table of nations (Genesis 10), in which most of these peoples are recorded as descendants of Noah's son Sem.
So in definition, a Semite could range in color from Dark to Light. It doesnt matter. Semite refers to the geographical origin, not the racial makeup.
Jesus has been perceived as blond hair, blue eyes to dredlocked and brown skin. But as I stated earlier, what does it matter? You believe in christainity because of the religion, not the skin color of the creator. Correct me if I'm wrong.
