why doesn't Russia, China, India care about the slaughter of Innocents? Why don't they help sometimes when obvious international criminals Like ISIS start slaughtering innocents for uncivilized reasons like religion? They are rich well armed nations why don't they help us with this world filth?

Russia doesn't have hostage crises:

Only two days after the kidnappings, the body of one of the four kidnapped men, a 30-year-old consular secretary named Arkady Katov, was found, shot through the head, on a Beirut trash dump.

Apparently, that's when the Soviets dropped the idea of sweet talk and turned the matter over to the KGB.

Less than four weeks later, the three remaining hostages were freed on foot only 150 yards from the Soviet Embassy.

Unlike the approach the United States used to resolve the TWA crisis, however, the Soviets did not bother negotiating with Hezbollah through Nabih Berri, Lebanon's justice minister and leader of the Shiite Amal militia.

Instead, the KGB kidnapped a man they knew to be a close relative of a prominent Hezbollah leader. They then castrated him and sent the severed organs to the Hezbollah official, before dispatching the unfortunate kinsman with a bullet in the brain.

In addition to presenting him with this grisly proof of their seriousness, the KGB operatives also advised the Hezbollah leader that they knew the indentities of other close relatives of his, and that he could expect more such packages if the three Soviet diplomats were not freed immediately.

The message was a lot more extreme than Ronald Reagan's vague allusions to using "Rambo next time," but the swift release of the three remaining hostages indicated that the Hezbollah big shot couldn't handle having terror shoved back in his face.

Post reporter Morris quoted unidentified observers in Jerusalem as noting:

"This is the way the Soviets operate. They do things - they don't talk.

"And this is the language the Hezbollah understand."

Q: "why doesn't Russia, China, India care about the slaughter of Innocents?

they are aware of the messy atrocities in Iraq-Syria and those going on in Africa...ISIS & Boko Haram activities are probably seen as 'evil' but there is little Russia or China or India are able to do about there atrocities..

except maybe proposing the UN peace-keeper forces are sent to Africa/M.E. to stem the murders & butchering

the USA/Øbama response has only been in Iraq, because ISIS was attacking the Dam where USA forces are stationed and Øbama stated that protecting USA assets was the reason for the airstrikes near Arbel

the humanitarian food-water drops to the Yazidi trapped on the mountain Sinjar was the relief effort that was supposed to be meant for stopping genocide...but that is very vague.... the only reason so far in attacking ISIS is to protect USA Assets---

but this seems to be changing As Øbama seems to have had a awakening or Epiphany that extremist Jihadists are in fact a 'cancer' and do not belong in the 21st century...

Russia not care? It is Russia defending the Christians and others in Syria right now with weapons etc to fight the Islamic terrorists battling Assads regime. Russia is doing more than anyone to maintain a secular Middle East. Some western states have supplied these terrorists in the early days of the Syrian terroist campaign, thus are compliant in the murders of minorities, just as they were responsible for toppling Saddams regime which also led to minorities in Iraq being forced out. Russia is the one that cares.

Its because they know the "war on terror" is primarily a western construct.
The less the become involved with the larger scale activities, that is peoples from outside their shpere of influence, the lesser will be their problems at home.
Each of these countries is already sitting on powder kegs, they don't need much outside influence to realy make things bad.

You might find it interesting that all sides in the Syrian Civil war are using Russian weapons and Russian ammunition. Assad buys his direct from Russian and the Arabs states buy them from Russia for the FSA and other third parties buy them for the radicals. Russia sells to anybody and eveybody. They have from as far back as when Ethiopa and Somalia went to war and the Soviets armed both sides. As they did in the Iran Iraq war, selling directly to Iraq and through soviet bloc states to Iran. Russia never cares about politics when it comes to selling weapons.

Very true, they all use Russian stuff. However Russia is supplying Assad with weapons to fight western supplied terrorists. RT has been reporting this for years. I've seen interviews with Assad on there where he thanks Russia for its support against Islamic terror. Russia is on the right side of the ring, until now we see UK/USA coming round to it realsing they are supporting the wrong side.......... which Assad has made clear so many times in interviews.
