come to think of it i ragged him when he said he was going with the flying target airlines and suggested to him that prob EL AL would be a lot safer
but being the old retired single minded boffin that he is he prob wont change
oh well i will find out later on its only 0443hrs here

Current list of airline announcements:

Delta, United, Air Canada, American, British Airways, KLM- Suspended indefinitely.
Lufthansa- Suspended for 36 hours.

interesting stuff
i just checked the QANTAS site and they have not issued a flight warning about ISRAEL yet they stopped flying over crazy ukraine land some months ago

thought i better do an update on this
turns out QANTAS goes to many places in the middle east including IRAN but not into ISRAEL
yep i know that makes me the prime galah of the day lol

It is just common sense to halt flights.

It also puts pressure on Israel to find a solution.
