Interesting video - ?UFO

I found this video whilst generally browsing the internet, and it has me intrigued.

Will probably turn out to be a hoax or something, but I thought it worthwhile posting. I'm not sure what the language is they are speaking in the video, but it would be useful to know what was being said, and the rough location of the incident.

What do you think this might be? military exercise?

every ufo post that comes on are always cgi fake but has anyone ever proven this im not saying there real im no expert but to say fake and not know just because its an unbelievable vid proof either way would be better

Yes. Proven to be a HOAX. Thats why they end up here to begin with. So we'll stop talking about the fakes....
