Again, a linked post to another site. This one is pretty good, a lot of new non-places to ponder. We had a similar list here about a year ago, which sparked a lot of inquiry. Some of the ones listed are new and interesting, some are the same-old duds. This is the kind of stuff we come to ATS to see, so here it goes...

European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC),
The area that is covered is not the ESTEC, just a residential area - as you can see in street view....

I was going through the individual areas and finding them also. I was about to post that I had no problem finding the sites on the Google Earth I was using when I noticed that you had already done the work.

This is pointless, I can see every single place I've checked clear as day. Scam!

Mazda Raceway isn't blurred out as it's shown in the image from the link:

Google Earth image, clear as day:

Why are they using old images anyway, the article is dated June 10, 2014, however the date stamp on the image is from 2011.

Well, looks like the airbase in the Netherlands that allegedly has nuclear warheads is still censored out, there is not date stamp on the image posted in the article though.

ESTEC is not blocked out.

Look here

I know this is the right place because one of my family used to work there.

The area that is blocked out is two miles away from ESTEC, and is nothing but houses. It's all available on Street View.

No idea why there is a weird blobby circle there, but it's not hiding anything strange.

In all honesty don't you agree that if we as citizens value our privacy the government should be allowed some privacy. i mean yeah we need to know what the government is doing. At the same time though that's what voting and the news is for. Whether or not they get the nitty gritty.
