A fetus is neither a seed or an egg. Both of your examples pale in comparison to a fetus. Neither one of them are "a structure of developing cells". (lol I felt silly just typing that)

And as far as viability goes, or rather what qualifies as a human being...

The fact is that at the time when most abortions are performed, if the doctor were to simply remove the fetus from the womb and place it on the table until it died, it most certainly would have qualified as a human being and the doctor would have been charged with murder.

That's why they kill them before they remove them... am I wrong? If so, do correct me please, and no I'm not just talking about late term abortions.

88% of all abortions in the US are done within the first 12/13 weeks.

Between 9 and 16 weeks the foetus is 1.2 inches in length and weighs
about 8 grams, the head makes up nearly half of the foetus, the heart,
brain, other organs, hands and feet are only beginning to develop, and
have minimal operation.

Most terminations at that stage are removed by vaccume technique. It
is the scaremongering agenda from the anti brigade that push the
severing of limbs etc.

Your statement of it being recognisable with limbs if it were left on the
table to die - doesn't make sense ?
It has never lived, it is not viable on its own due to undeveloped organs
including lungs ..... It has never breathed, so it has never lived.

As abortion is a legal procedure the doctor cannot therefor be charged
with murder!

Whilst I'm sorry for what you have suffered ....

I suspect you're now floundering and scraping the bottom of the barrel

Your post that I replied to stated >>>>>

"We're talking about killing a baby which is worse than raping one

in my opinion"

To which I replied

# 1) A foetus is not a baby - it is not viable and doesn't have the facility

to exist on its own or breathe which would give it life

# 2) There are many rape victims who believe it is a fate worse than death
