That was true 40 years ago. Society has changed. Most women, even those with children strongly support legalization.

My generation will not fall for the same lies our parents fell for, at least not the lies about The War on Drugs. The people are more informed than ever and that scares those in power.

Why do you think a new net neutrality bill surfaces every couple of months? When it gets shot down by popular opinion, they just simply keep renaming it until they can pass it. If that fails, it will be passed as emergency legislation during the next crisis. They do not want us to have access to so much information. They want us to be distracted, that is what social media does, that is what the rabble rousing stories the media runs with does. Anyone else notice the latest Windows is geared around social media and not the world wide web?

Those who make the rules are too proud and think they are too smart for the rest of us common people to ever rebel over the injustice we face. Their arrogance will be their downfall.
