Yup 100% of people who can read the English language can read this! the 55% is rubbish.

It shows how the mind reads words, it doesn't read each letter then translates into the word, it takes the whole word in, provided the first and last letter stays the same.

I couldn't believe that I could actually understand what I was reading. The phenomenal power of the human mind, according to a researcher at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place. The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without a problem. This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing, huh? Yeah and I always thought spelling was important! If you can read this forward it.

I can read it by skimming. I kick butt at word scrambles, word searches and translating late night drunken chat messages from gamer friends. All very useless things except the last one is great for future blackmail.

The only reason you can read this is because u know the words.Try reading a text of unknown words to you or words not used frequently...
