**Here's another big hint. This is the backside of the object. I will post the front of it when someone gets it right, or this goes on for another day or two and everyone wants to string me up by my feet for causing them an unhealthy amount of frustration!**

That one has been solved already.
It's an old Bullroarer. Typically associated with Aborigines in Australia. Although they are made and used by many indigenous cultures. You've probably seen it in action when Mick Dundee makes a "phone call" in Crocodile Dundee 2.
I haven't been able to find out much about it. whether it's Aussie or African.. It could be 60 years old or 600 years old for all I know. So, it's still in my collection.
I'm an amateur Picker btw and I love finding unusual items that spark my curiosity!
