Hi bjpeck74, my niece has coeliac disease (allergy to gluten) and the best godsend we got was a bread maker (I can bake everything else wonderfully, but bread is my downfall...) to use with the wheat/gluten free flour, it's alot cheaper (and not to mention tastes nicer) than the bread you buy/get on prescription! Are you in Britain? There's lots of association's you can join Coelic site
Gluten/Wheat free recipes

The best supermarket's tend to be Tescos or sainsburys for a wide range of food.
