How about these alternatives (for cancer therapy) ? They might be easier to use, apply, etc:

Stop ingesting unsaturated oils altogether or keep to absolute minimum and replace them with coconut oil as it has a saturation of > 80%. Never cook food in oils. Steam-cooked food is best. A little coconut oil can be added after the food is cooked.
