The Unscratchable Itch

I have this unscratchable itch...
or perhaps its just a mental glitch?

It started quite small and tame
growing more intense each day I refrain.

From missing you is all I ever known
I cannot take care of this on my own.

This is not just some seven year event
This desire has an irresistible scent!

Yet I just can't seem to get the reach
For this is a wave that will not breach!

Dear lord I crave just a little touch
Some tenderness is it asking too much?

Oh how I would love to flip your switch
So I sure wish you could come help me with this...
