According to the Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang (VG) The ukrainian army has recived a green light to open fire on the "enemy" forces in crimea.

Link from article: direkte.vg.no...

The newspaper is in Norwegian but a quick summery says that One Ukranian officer have been killed and they have gotten an "OK" to Return fire.

Also the Ukranian PM have said that this is conflict have moved over in a millitary conflict.. My god hope the nukes don't fly!

Note main article in Norwegian.

They did not get permission to 'open fire'. They got permission to use their weapons top defend themselves. Significantly different. Not a good situation but significantly different.

That is exactly why the base commanders confiscated all weapons, to prevent mistakes. They are not stupid either.

But the clowns in Kiev, well, thats a different story, and it is very clear their intentions. Not good for Ukranians, Russians or Crimean Tartars.
