I experienced this mindset as like the final barrier where I could not distinguish myself as an individual and feel part of the unified collective. Once this barrier is breached you are outside the boundaries of reality lol

It is a challenging phase, but if you remember your thoughts can be alchemised/transmuted by your own mind when receiving them through the internet from others, you can stay in the moment and not get drawn into other people realms.

Yet another step taken, you're getting closer.

This "larger body" is the physical universe. What inhabits the body? The Spirit of life within all life.
