why?

I think I understand the last one - it pertains to the "debasement" he mentioned before:

Build a new hospital, buy stock in that company / builder / whatever (I'm no expert)

THEN start planning a new hospital right after the other one. Ride the rising value of the first hospital, then sell when the second comes online / establishes value. The first hospital will tank or something.

It seems the underlying theme he is promoting is "wiping the slate clean" of old investments so that you can sustain your wealth with the "new" investments (leapfrogging). However, the destruction/debasement of these institutions is engineering precisely to guarantee returns. The mechanisms could range from selling stock (artificially drive down value) or war.

Its actually amazing that one guy can know SO MUCH and just do it for "fun"

After reading R's site over the past few days, here is a theory/guess:

The event may have somthing to do with the India and Cisco's connection to heathcare in the US. Could be a Cisco security explote related to heathcare.

I live in a town with major heathcare in center of the US (28,000 workers in town for the institution). I saw a "US Customs and Border Protection" crown victora. Why would they be here, I could see out by our airport but not parked downtown at an apartment complex?
