@Jane - that was an awesome movie; cheered me up quite a bit. Thank you!

@Gordi - I'd love to send her over to the shed! Problem is that her now ex is worse than the Ogres in the story. I'm pretty sure he eats babies (haven't confirmed it). My only hope is that being there doesn't land me in the hospital. Fortunately, I am Anonymous in that it's not announced anywhere he has access to where my exact location is. Plus, I doubt he's snooping around on ATS.

@Night - This was round 2 for her; the first time he was pretty bad, and she covered it up when the police asked; they didn't believe her story, but there wasn't anything they could do. I'd be betting in about 6 month's time, they come back again; I know why too - In her culture, whatever the guy does is considered "the rule", meaning that if he hits her, she's supposed to, in polite terms "not fight back". She's trying to see the good in him, but there's none there - anyone that thinks hitting another because you're upset with them is okay needs to get lost.

@Cody - I do wish that more people would get out of those kind of relationships; sad part is human psychology says that if the abuser even remotely "shows" that they are getting better, the victim will come flying back in an instant. I had to be polite - as I wanted to tell her "I told you so" badly last night, but I'll refrain, as it's implied.

@Homer - Please tell me that's not you - First thing I saw when I came on here was your avatar...You sir, owe me a new laptop screen due to the amount of tea all over it. I accept credit card, bitcoin, or check

Hi Foss...how could you not enjoy that film! It's awesome and needs a second even third viewing, because of the brit humour in it!

As in we all watch a film together at the same time? If I'm around absolutely!! Though I enjoy most genres of films, I prefer sci fi and fantasy stuff like Eragon, Lord Of The Rings etc.

Indeed! If only because it is easier than a unicycle! I tried one of those at a circus arts workshop when I was...oh, ten years old... Total pain in the proverbial rear end! Literally!
