CHIP is pretty worth-while program, but I may biased as I ran the CHIP for my Grand Lodge for a few years after I brought it to Idaho. The only thing we keep is track of the number of people we process. All private information is erased.

The Masons keep none of the private or medical information.

Freemasonry is none of these things, but thanks for playing.

One who has to accuse of others of homosexuality where no such sign exists is probably insecure about their own sexuality and body image. Plus seeing an exposed chest of another man doesn't really cause any sexual urges.

Actually no Mason program would allow any kid to go without a parent's permission. Above was mentioned that the police fingerprinted, but that was not the Masons. Doing something without the parents permission would open us up to a lawsuit.

Sounds to me like they are just providing a community service.

Either that or they're hunting for reptilians.
. Ah, ha,ha!!! LOL. ......Reptilians, funny..... yeh think it's funny? Laugh now....

Grow up, the masons and others like them are pathetic idiots who crave being accepted, feel insecure if they can't join an 'all boys club', and you think i'm funny?

It's all just too swimming in homosexuality for me, all those exposed breasts, nakedness and S&M style sessions with 'the masters' directing the underlings, no women, no windows, no telling (no kidding?!)...Seriously, i don't know why the majority of masons don't just step out of the closet and be proud, it is the 21st century after all.

And if you think performing medical procedures on young children without informing or getting permission from their parents is correct, you'd be totally wrong..it isn't.

edit on 13-2-2014 by MysterX because: typo

You are one sick person to be honest, why do you think Freemasons while in lodge are naked and doing S&M type things and walking around with exposed breast? Maybe I'm naive but I don't see how the rituals or meetings would lead to some gay orgy but what ever makes you feel better. Just because it's a group for men only, the buildings don't have windows, and they keep the rituals secret doesn't mean the guys are gay, I'm sure you also think men who join college frats are also gay. I don't see how joining Freemasons would make people feel accepted plus their are much more popular groups for men to join to be accepted, let's not forget in plenty of towns joining Freemasonry can cause people to look at you in a negative light. I haven't seen anyone on this site including Mason Mike say it's okay to perform medical procedures on young children without permission

When I was in my teens (mid-90's) I had to have a laser surgery done to fix a retinal tear. My mom couldn't afford the bill and was directed to the local masonic lodge for help. She filled out some paperwork and provided the proofs and well, they paid for it!

I'm legally blind in one eye from birth. During hurricane Katrina i suffered injury to my good eye - it's retina became detached and I had to have it fixed otherwise i'd be totally blind. The government paid for it thank goodness. ( still have 20/20 with glasses or contacts in the good eye)

If the Masons were my only hope, i'd have chosen to become blind permanently ! There is too much secrecy in those societies - I would not be able to trust their motives. "Satan operates as an angel of light" They may not be Satan but from where I sit, with their secrecy, I can't trust them. There is something about those folks thats just not right or normal.

What do Freemasons keep secret these days? I mean their rituals are posted online or in books and the way they spend money has to be accounted for since they are a non profit. So let's say a college frat was offering to help pay for your operation for your eye would you also tell them no?

I think if this is not now some sort of cow tag for children it and the chip program will be in the future.
Imagine if your one who needs such knowledge about a person you don't even need an ID card to identify said person, just shoot em with a retina scanner or a bar code reader and you know their life history. I may be wrong but I believe I smell some underlying motives in all this.

So you believe the Freemasons are working with TPTB to chip children or give them retina id's so in the future the government or who ever can id them? Why don't you go to your local ID program done by the Masons and check it out?

Edit: So far in this thread Freemasons have been accused of making a catalogue of every childs retina pattern so they can be ID in the future (I'm guessing the government will be doing the ID's), being gay, practicing S&M with other members, and now you are insinuating they are working for Satan and up to no good.

..uhg .. seriously .. my brothers really need some artistic help, that has got to be one of the worst art crimes I've seen in a while. I'm positive this was made in Microsoft Paint.

I know our lodges can be cheap, but come on people, hire a graphic designer!

Well, that's good that you got some of it fixed.

If the Masons were my only hope, i'd have chosen to become blind permanently!

That's a shame because if you had gone through a Masonic charity it probably would have been completely covered and we never would have asked for anything back from you.

There is too much secrecy in those societies

What's wrong with secrecy?

They may not be Satan but from where I sit, with their secrecy, I can't trust them.

Illogical, but that's your opinion.

Freemasonry has no goal of implanting microchips into anyone.

You guys may be telling the truth but you also have such a bad rap there is no way to know that or no way you can prove it to me. I prefer to err on the side of caution.

Our private nature does make us a convenient target.

Well, that's why all our charitable activities are voluntary. If you don't want to receive our charity, we're not going to force it on anyone.

You would prefer to be blind?

I'm sorry I just can't follow. I, too, am legally blind in one eye from birth and it was my "good" eye that was affected. Had the retinal tear not been fixed I may have wound up with a detachment and blindness as well. A friend of my mom referred to the Masons for help in paying for the operation.

I knew nothing about them at the time and I don't believe she did either - we just needed help. They provided and I thank them to this day. I still know next to nothing about them, but I'm grateful. They never asked for anything in return, never came knocking on our door or sending us requests for donations - nothing.

Everyone has secrets, does that make everyone malevolent and evil? You say the government paid for your surgery? Do you believe they harbor no secrets? Also, that no one in the government is a Mason?

Well, ok...glad you can see and read this!

Thanks, that's what I was trying to find out, what the capabilities of these machines are. I am perfectly fine with them doing a regular exam, but if it involves more intrusive testing, I would rather leave that to our family doc or related specialist.

You might be able to rig something like this up to get an iris print, but it doesn't tote the optics to do a retinal scan. Note how they're taking measurements from several feet away. Especially with non-dilated pupils, the pupillary aperture is going to be a bit too small to see jack from three feet. A retinal scanner has to get right up on your eye.

Thanks for all you have contributed. It helps to get some answers from someone involved with the process.

I can tell you that we have never received any kind of form asking us if our son was to participate in either the vision or dental (done by another organization) screening. Maybe it was because they were working under the Prevent Blindness Oklahoma banner and didn't require one? I don't know, but could be a possibility. I was a nurse for 10 years before having my kids and staying home so I know the importance of staying current on regular check ups. I just feel like something personal like healthcare should be between me, my child, and our doctor. Having a non-medical somewhat secretive organization come in and exam my child makes me a little uneasy to be honest. Have you never come across another parent asking about this?

Thanks again for answering some of my questions. I can see both sides of the issue after hearing from some of the Masons on here. Doing non-invasive services for the community I am ok with, anything more like taking DNA and fingerprints I would just have to say thanks, but no thanks.

It may be illogical to think that it does not have the public's best interest in mind but when is the last time any of you folks have seen some actual honest to goodness good news in America? Please name one, just one.
Where you can say, All Riiiiiight this is great!!!, Hell yes! This calls for celebration. The truth is it doesn't happen and Obama Care and hundreds of other issues are a fine example. Since 08 it has been everything we can do around here to keep our eyeballs above the water financially. And then just when it looks like it might get a little better, there might be a little hope, we get Obamah Care thrown on your backs like 3 - 94 lb bags of cement and he thinks its funny no doubt.

I over heard in a store someone say that our new Georgia scanable drivers license would have our whole life history snuck in there. I say snuck in there because they didn't tell me it was going to be in there. I no longer could get my license at the office but had it mailed to me. Then it got lost in the mail and over 30 days late I had to go take time off from work a 4th time and go down there for the 3RD time and then wait another 15 days before I had my new cow tag drivers license, take the eye exam again and fill out all the paper work all over. The first time around off from work I found my DOT card was expired and that's why there were 4 days interupted at work in the course of a month and a half just to get my drivers license. I should be thrilled right? The DOT card being expired was my fault and caused most of it I know. One trip to the doc and 3 to the license dept.

Of course they already had my entire life history available by calling in the info, now its just a little quicker with a scanner. And doing the eye exam their at your drivers licence dept would be a great place to have snuck in retina imaging which may be illogical as well.

I hope this thing is what it says it is and is for a good cause but for the most part I simply do not believe the gov has the publics best interest in mind ever.

this is not a government program. It's a local program with masons volunteering their time to help make it happen. It's funded locally and run locally.

And good news is everywhere, you just have to look for it.
