I believe this has been posted before. The civvy approached the LEO and started with expletives. That's not going to end well.
He's lucky he was outfitted with white skin. Or he might have committed suicide in the back of a cruiser.

Sometimes a little muscle by a a LEO is justified....

Not smart to step up to a cop shouting expletives. The little army reservists is lucky he did not get tazered.
