I don't get what he's wording.

I understand my speaking at wording is discernible for those with whom wording and speaking is listening at the distinct tone of the sounds of my wording with speaking and sometimes I talk, but that is when wording is used to listen to the hearing portion of my speech talking at people with what is called talking at someone instead of talking through the person with whom wording is being used.
