Officers Responsible For Overseeing Nuclear Arsenal Caught Cheating on Monthly Proficiency Exams

Via the WTF Desk @ CNN: over 30 officers were disciplined for involvement in a text-based crib ring that helped 16 people who are not qualified to be in charge of part of our nuclear arsenal remain in charge of our freaking nuclear arsenal. Those responsible have been removed from their positions, which is reassuring, I guess.

I would guess proof of totally incompetent oversight of nuclear weapons might be considered a threat.
