Obama inherited the most broken country imaginable because he is African-American, and we all know a lot of people find it's easy to blame the black guy.... I live in the south and hear it every single day from ignorant people who just don't seem to know any better.

I hate unhealthy ideas like racism, why do people promote those? It only limits your options and gives you a limited and incorrect world-view. It has to be based on fear, and who wants to live in fear?

Is racism a way to hold people back? Because that's what it does, it holds them back from seeing the world from an accurate perspective.

Same here. Unfortunately, that leaves us both in a small minority. It saddens me to be planning for the worst, instead of the best in life, in my twilight years.

I feel like I'm in my twilight years and I'm only 28, Destinyone... the technology revolution and some weird cultural revolution did a number on me. I have a feeling I'm going to be like a phoenix, rising from the ashes.

By the way, while we are talking about this political madness thing, I predict bad news and dire straights - I think we are there already - harsh divides between people with little logical coherence anywhere - mixed with a totalitarian state, it just spells disaster imo.

I don't like the idea of mixing unpredictable politics with dangerous police tactics. Just make sure you keep your friends and family close, Destiny.
