I don't think they would be considered separate people. There is that set of girls with only two arms two legs one body but two heads. They say Siamese twins I say a two headed girl. How do you determine which brain did the killing ?

If you went to a jail and asked the inmates you'd find the place is full of innocent people. LOL

In most cases conjoined twins are given seperate birth certificates; Making them separate people, thus sepreatly liable under the law.

If it comes to the question of "which brain did the killing?" then the law could most likely find them both liable.

This is the thing, the law is not clear cut, it decides things by their own circumstance (mostly).

If these were the Barclay twins they would be given an OBE.
