Where was all this anger about a POTUS lying when Bush Jr lied about reasons to invade Iraq that cost us billions and the lives of 100s of thousands of civilians ans 1000s of American soldiers? I honestly don't remember this much fervor and disdain.

Yes this president has lied. What's new? He's a politician that's what they do...unfortunate but true. We do need to call all of them out for their lies but half of the lies Obama is accused of telling are complete fabrications made up just to make a Democratic president look bad. I almost can't wait to see what conservatives start with when Hillary, Warren or Sanders get elected.

Where was the bush hate? EVERYWHERE, hell I still hate bush, and the fact Jeb is shaping up for the next run sickens me.

Accountability is needed in EVERY political office no matter who holds it.

Here's one that wasn't made up by the right. Obama said there wouldn't be an individual mandate in his healthcare law. That was before he was elected, of course. He "changed his mind" shortly after the election. I call it a lie. A big one.

Yeah, the whole world looked for inconsistancies in Obama's story, many, many, many, many, many times, (much more than the world would have looked at a white guy, in my opinion), and found nothing - NOTHING. If there was even a shred of evidence that Obama is not who he says he is, the GOP and FOX'news' would have been all over it, (Oh wait, they were, and still NOTHING). I have checked transcripts and press releases from the time of arrest. Maybe the most reliable source for you would be From the Right Wing News outlet CNS circa 2011...The outlet that actually asked the question in the first place?

CNSNews.com also asked,

“Was the president aware that his uncle was in the United States as an undocumented immigrant?”

But before the question was completely asked, Carney interjected,
saying President Obama “was made aware of this issue when I walked into his office and, among other subjects, mentioned it to him and he was completely unaware.”

Carney apparently was speaking in reference to when the president first learned of his uncle's arrest. Carney did not say whether the president knew his uncle was in the United States illegally.

Being annoyed that his uncle was in the country illegally and he lied about it is only the tip of the iceberg! Spending time with a Kenyan is not an issue. Spending time with an illegal, socialist is the big issue. We are supposed to live in a democratic society and would like to keep it that way. When someone lies to gain the highest office in our country we have to question their motives!

I did not say the United states. I simply stated that our society was a democracy. ie: we have the opportunity to choose things by taking a vote.

Why is he still in office?

Because its not as simple as just impeaching him...

His election had to be certified by Congress.. That means members of congress could come under investigation should it be determined there was fraud / illegal activity with Obamas election.

While I completely support an investigation into his, or any public official where there is requirements to hold that office, I doubt it is going to happen with our current representatives.. It would be akin to having the SS investigate Auschwitz.
