here great story from Florida Boy

1.Steven Lippard, 7, was playing in the driveway of his home in Loxahatchee, Florida, on Saturday when he was hit in the head by an unknown object
2.The gash required three staples
3. His father, Wayne Lippard, searched the area and found rock fragments, which he took to Florida Atlantic University for testing after believing they had fallen from the sky
4. Researchers determined the fragments met all the necessary criterion of a meteorite

The resultant cut required three staples to be stitched up.
'At first I thought it was a golf ball or maybe a bird of prey,' dad Wayne told CBS12 News.
However a search of the driveway produced pieces of a strange rock.
Wayne bagged up the interesting minerals and took them to Florida Atlantic University.
Researchers soon discovered the rocks met the scientific criteria of a meteorite.
A demonstration showed that, despite their small size - less than that of a pea - the pebbles were still highly magnetic.

It's certainly a great story to tell his friends at school.
A seven-year-old Florida boy and his father claims to have been hit in the head by fragments of a meteorite that fell from the sky at the weekend.
Steven Lippard was playing in the driveway of his home in Loxahatchee, a suburb west of Delray Beach, on Saturday when he was struck in the head by a hard object.
His father, Wayne Lippard, found his son on his back bleeding from the scalp, reports CBS 12.

I am Scare there is More than that, maybe the Fragment contain something else..
anyway, its a grat story this boy is just awsome boy..have a great courage

Aaaww sweet lil dude,I am so very happy he got off lightly-and what a story to tell at school! I never worry much about asteroids, meteors, comets, etc because there's sweet Fanny Adams I can do about it-but with all the news lately about meteors,I Have paused to think-what if I am in my yard,or my son,etc and this piece of space debris comes plummeting down-but it's not something I give much thought in general-bigger chance of getting murdered,or a car crash,or a poisonous snake, round here.Fascinating,cheesy,s+f.

Well now he has been infected by viral strain N-X sent by the Nibiru Annunaki. I hope his father keeps an eye on him because soon he will turn into a weapon that is set in hibernation mode until the invasion starts.

Hi Mr.Kanguruex!
there is only two with this boy..

Just two Americans have had encounters with them in recent times.
A fragment weighed eight pounds hit an Alabama in 1954.

hen a 27-pound rock crushed a car in New York in 1992. the article say..
cant imagine how pain this boy suffered..i think the rock not only Hot, But very sharp

They don't fall hot unless they are traveling closer to cosmic velocity (and the poor little boy would not have survived that!). It is a piece of one that fell at terminal velocity, after the parent bolide broke up. Still... Ouch!

On the bright side, the meteorite will be classified, and will become what is called a "Hammer Stone" (A meteorite that hit's a man-made object, or in this case a boy).

There have been so few people that have been hit by meteorites, you can count them on 2 fingers, and now.. 3
People Hit by Meteorites

Lastly, once the meteorite is classified, it will be worth huge bucks. Something to pay for this kids college!

And Finally... There is more of this meteorite out there, as this is just a speck of a possible strewn field of fragments.
The hunt will be on.

He would be if they discover fossilized spores in those meteorites. ...

Hah, I wonder what biological properties it had when it hit his flesh... imagine the possibilities..

to be honest.. something about this story makes me think if it was planted in the media.. .. then it seems very time convenient.
