Etihad has ordered 40 A350-900s, 10 A350-1000, and 36 A320neo (26 A321, 10 A320) with options for 30 more.
GECAS ordered 5 ATR 72-600s, with options for 5 more.
Air Cote D'Ivore conditionally ordered 2 Q400s, with 2 options.
Libyan Wings ordered 3 A350-900s, and 4 A320neos, with operations starting next year with two leased A320s.
Day one shattered every record ever held for aircraft orders. Emirates alone ordered 229 aircraft worth $99B at list prices. There were a total of
623 aircraft ordered by the end of the day.
